Building
Business Centre Vitosha occupies part of the building of the former Vitosha factory. As the place was used for industrial purposes in the past, we now offer premises with high ceilings (4.9 m) with the option for flexible distribution of space depending on the specific needs of our clients.
The Centre boasts six spacious floors, two loading bays, seven elevators, four of which are for freights. Two of the frieght elevators have direct access to the loading bay. A forklift is also available. The quick and easy access of suppliers and agents makes the building ideal for all types of procuction and/or storage activity.
Location
The building has an exceptionally convenient location. Situated on Cherni Vrah Boulevard it is close both to Sofia’s ring-road (Okolovrasten pat) and the city centre. There are a range of bank offices in the vicinity and many office buildings along the boulevard including the Kempinski Hotel Zografski and a variety of restaurants and cafes. A new underground station is currently being built on Cherni Vrah boulevard near the building.
